What started as a small IT support firm serving local businesses in London has grown into one of the UK's most comprehensive technology providers — still with the same commitment to personal service and technical excellence.

  • 2010
    Founded in London
    Comprehensive IT Solutions (CITS) was established by a team of ex-corporate IT professionals who believed SMEs deserved enterprise-quality IT support without the enterprise price tag. First 20 clients onboarded in year one.
  • 2013
    Physical Security Division Launched
    Recognising growing client demand, we hired our first team of CCTV and access control engineers, enabling us to offer a genuinely end-to-end service covering both IT and physical premises security.
  • 2016
    ISO 27001 & Microsoft Gold Partnership
    We achieved ISO 27001 certification and attained Microsoft Gold Partner status — reflecting our investment in certified expertise and robust internal security practices. Both are maintained and renewed annually.
  • 2019
    Cloud & Compliance Practice Established
    A dedicated cloud migration and ISO compliance team was formed to help clients navigate digital transformation, GDPR requirements, and the move from on-premise infrastructure to Azure and Microsoft 365.

    National Expansion — 200+ Clients
